What is your shipping method?
Your shoes will be shipped by USPS priority mail (unless otherwise requested by a client) with delivery confirmation and insurance after your payment is received. Additional shipping charges may apply for other shipment methods.
Can I pick up the shoes?
Yes, you can pick up your shoes at the NYC showroom after completing the payment online. Please email us at email@example.com to let us know when you'll be coming to pick up the shoes.
What is your shipping process?
Most of your order will ship within 48 hours after the payment is confirmed. Shipping takes 2-3 business days domestic, 4-10 business days priority international (may take longer for some countries) and longer for first class international.
Our website does not reflect real-time inventory but most "available" products are on hand for immediate delivery. Once in a while, items indicated available are not in stock anymore. Customers will receive an email from FELINA SHOES with the choice of changing the order or to receiving a full refund.

Yes; we ship by priority mail because we found that packages are seldom handled by local customs however, international orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duties, or additional taxes in the country of destination.
