What is your return policy?
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, FELINA SHOES will gladly accept returned items that have not been worn and are in the same condition as when you purchased them. If you wish to request a refund, FELINA SHOES must be notified asap via email within one month of purchase date.
Used items may NOT be returned.
We offer refunds on full purchase price of unused items, minus shipping and handling fees.
What is the return process?
To return an item:
Do I have to pay for shipping on returned items?
YES. If you return an item, we will credit you for the price of the item minus restocking fees. We do not cover the cost of shipping unless we made an error by sending you the incorrect merchandise.
How do I obtain a refund?
Please note, we will only refund or pay shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Credit for returns will be issued once FELINA SHOES confirms receipt of the merchandise.
